The Righteous Noise

The Righteous Noise brand of uplifting & introspective alternative rock has been called “familiar, but not revivalist”.

The band has experienced many highlights in its young life, with a well-received performance at Nashville’s legendary Exit/In chief among them.

“Tucked away in the back room of a small cafe in Midtown twice weekly, one could find a secret Nashville musical community much different than the city’s famed country music establishment.
Artists are drawn to Tennessee from all over the world, with the dream of changing the musical landscape by looking, acting, and playing like themselves; several of these artists were lucky enough to find themselves at the Cafe Coco open mic, hosted for years by Cody Bottoms. One chilly night in 2018, two such musicians—Arkansan singer/songwriter Greg Clark, and New Hampshire-born guitarist Collin Garcia—crossed paths and began talking and jamming on their acoustic guitars. From those first, exciting moments of discovering deeply aligned musical tastes and philosophies in that dark back room, came the eventual birth of The Righteous Noise.
The Righteous Noise has experienced many highlights in its young life, with a well-received December 2019 performance at Nashville’s legendary Exit/In chief among them. Rounded out by bassist Colin Carter and drummer Rich Kelly, they debuted their first singles in 2020, with “Make You Happy” in March, and “Brighter Day” in July; produced by Andy Wildrick (The Junior Varsity, The Dear Hunter), as well as engineered and mixed by our own Rich Kelly. These singles demonstrate not only the group’s love for the sunny energy of classic groups like The Beatles and The Beach Boys, but the joy the band strives to communicate through its music.
